Yes. The free Base plan stays free, as Free Base plan forever; credits pay-as-you-go sets out, and $1 = 1 credit; pay-as-you-go, 12-month expiry covers the credits you buy when you want more. The plan keeps working while you decide how much to spend.

Voice is listed as a feature under voice and telegram, alongside Telegram access, and image generation is available as well. Both sit inside an app for ios users, so voice chats and pictures are part of the main experience rather than add-ons.

Yes. Vellum keeps Long-term memory kept across every conversation, so context carries forward rather than resetting at the start of each session. If you want to know what is held, support runs on email, help centre and community, and the privacy policy is the place to look for storage terms.

Vellum's privacy policy states that chats are not used to train AI models, as Chats not used to train AI models records. The service is run by Vocify, Inc. and based in the United States. Retention beyond that is set out in the same policy.

The app listing covers iOS, per ios. Telegram access is also listed, so some conversations can run through Telegram as well as the app: voice and telegram. The App Store listing shows App Store (US) 4.4/5 from 17 ratings.

Support runs on email, help centre and community only, so live chat and phone are not among the listed channels. Email, a help centre and a community cover most questions, and the same channels apply for account and billing issues.

Vellum's paid plan is $30 a month, above the site median of €13.15. The other options charge less: CrushOn.AI at $3.90 to $14.90, Dippy AI at $4.99 to $12.99 and yoummee at $4.99. Vellum sits at position 59 of 65 brands on monthly price.
