Speechify review

Speechify is listed at $29 for the monthly plan. That is the figure to set against a budget, and it is the highest of the brands compared here, with SecretDesires.ai at $7.99 and DeepSwap at $9.99 sitting well below it.

A Free plan available means the tool can be opened before any payment, which is the quickest way to see whether the voice suits you. Paid access sits on top of that at $29, so the entry point is not locked behind a card.

The plans listed are free and premium, so there is a step up from the free tier to a paid one. Which tier suits you depends on how much listening you do; the paid side carries the $29 figure, and the free side is the cheaper way to test the tool.

Speechify at $29 costs more than every alternative listed here. SecretDesires.ai charges $7.99 a month, DeepSwap charges $9.99, and Wordtune charges $9.99. Paying more buys the Speechify tier, not a lower bill.

Support runs on help centre, which means written help articles rather than a live conversation. If you want an answer before committing to $29, the help centre is where to look, and questions are not answered by a person on the spot.

SecretDesires.ai is the lowest at $7.99 a month. DeepSwap and Wordtune both sit at $9.99 and $9.99, while Speechify is the priciest at $29. A Free plan available on the Speechify side is the cheapest way in of all.

It suits adults who want a voice tool to try at no cost before deciding, since a Free plan available is on offer. People who listen often may find $29 worth it. Readers who want the smallest monthly bill will find SecretDesires.ai at $7.99 easier on the wallet.

Take the Free plan available first. Paying $29 is worth it only if regular listening makes the difference, and the paid side of free and premium is the step up. For a lower monthly figure, $9.99 and $9.99 are both cheaper.
