Our verdict
ki.dating suits adults who want free entry and a companion that remembers past conversations, then pay through prepaid credits. The limits are narrow and worth reading: the free tier gives Free entry, limited messages per day, support runs on email only, and delivered chats are kept after an account is deleted.

Pros and cons
Pros
- You can start at no cost: Free entry, limited messages per day, so replies can be read before any credits are bought.
- Each AI partner remembers past conversations, so later messages build on what came before.
- Paid use runs on prepaid credits, and the terms state that an unused balance lapses after a set period.
- An adult age gate sits at site entry, and free and premium models are both offered.
Cons
- Support runs on email only, with no live chat or phone line listed.
- Under Account deletable anytime; delivered chats kept chats already delivered stay on file, so deleting the account does not take them with it.
- The free allowance is the tightest of the options compared: Dippy AI offers Unlimited free messages; ad-supported free tier, and CrushOn.AI offers Free tier, ~100 messages per day.
- The persona list is female, which narrows the choice for anyone after a wider roster.
Who it suits
- Adults who want to read replies at no cost before spending on credits.
- Readers who want each AI partner to remember earlier conversations.
- Anyone comfortable with a German operator, Paradox, and email only support.
Who should look elsewhere
- Readers who want a larger free message allowance than Free entry, limited messages per day should start with Dippy AI, which lists Unlimited free messages; ad-supported free tier.
- People after a bigger daily free flow can compare CrushOn.AI, whose free tier lists Free tier, ~100 messages per day.
- Readers who would rather hold a fixed small free quota than a credit balance should see yoummee, which lists Free forever: 5 AI msgs/day, 1 menu/week, 50 gallery.
What is free and what costs
ki.dating offers Free entry, limited messages per day, so you can send messages before buying anything. Past that point, paid use runs on prepaid credits, and the terms state that an unused balance expires after a set period, which is worth knowing before a large top up. Two decisions matter here: how far the daily free messages carry, and how many credits you are willing to hold. Dippy AI offers Unlimited free messages; ad-supported free tier and yoummee lists Free forever: 5 AI msgs/day, 1 menu/week, 50 gallery, so both are worth a look if free use is the priority.
The company behind it
The imprint names Paradox, with Jan Serdak given as the person behind it, and the operation is based in Germany. Support runs on email only, so a question about credits or a billing change travels by email rather than a live channel. Having a company name and a named person on the imprint gives a reader somewhere concrete to direct a query, which matters most when an app asks for payment before anything else happens.
How ki.dating compares
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free version of ki.dating?+
Yes, entry and a set number of messages each day cost nothing: Free entry, limited messages per day. You do not need to add anything to read the replies, and paid chat sits on top of that free allowance rather than replacing it.
How does paying for chat work?+
Paid use runs on prepaid credits rather than a monthly fee. Credits are bought up front and drawn down as you chat, and the terms state that an unused balance expires after a set period. The messages in Free entry, limited messages per day stay free, so credit packs only matter once the daily allowance runs out.
What happens to credits I never spend?+
Credits are prepaid, and the terms state that an unused balance expires after a set period, so a large top up is not held without limit. The daily messages covered by Free entry, limited messages per day cost nothing, which keeps the expiry question attached to the paid packs rather than to everyday chat.
How do I reach support?+
Support runs on email only, with no live chat or phone line listed, so replies arrive in writing. Email is the only channel listed for 100% of the apps in this category, and a help centre is listed for 50% of them, so ki.dating sits with most of the field on email alone.
Which of these options give away more for free?+
Dippy AI lists Unlimited free messages; ad-supported free tier, and CrushOn.AI lists Free tier, ~100 messages per day, so both hand out more than the daily messages in Free entry, limited messages per day. Yoummee lists Free forever: 5 AI msgs/day, 1 menu/week, 50 gallery, a fixed and smaller quota, which suits readers who prefer a set allowance over a daily flow.
Who runs ki.dating?+
The imprint names Paradox, with Jan Serdak given as the person behind it, and the operation is based in Germany. A named company and a named person give a reader somewhere concrete to direct a query. The sector is young: this category lists 8 apps, and 0 of them hold a licence.
Will the AI partner remember what I told it?+
Each AI partner remembers past conversations, so replies can pick up details you gave earlier, and the roster is female with free and premium models both offered. Free entry, Free entry, limited messages per day, lets you see how a partner answers before you put prepaid credits behind it.
