Pros and cons
Pros
- Basic chat is free with no credit card needed (Free tier: basic chat, no credit card needed).
- Image generation and video generation are both yes, and the listed monthly image allowance is 150.
- The privacy terms are explicit: Chats not sold; no training on conversations; deletable.
- Voice and roleplay both appear in the feature list (voice and roleplay).
Cons
- Fees of $15 to $80 a month sit above CrushOn.AI at $3.90 to $14.90 and Dippy AI at $4.99 to $12.99.
- Age verification is 18+ only, self-declared, no ID check stated, so the adults-only gate is self-declared.
- Support runs on email and help centre only, with no live chat or phone line listed.
- Platforms are web only, so no mobile app is listed.
Who it suits
- Adults who want chat, voice and photo or video output inside a single service and can pay the higher fee.
- Readers who put privacy wording first, since Chats not sold; no training on conversations; deletable.
- People who want to look around before paying, since basic chat is free without a card (Free tier: basic chat, no credit card needed).
Who should look elsewhere
- Budget-first adults: Dippy AI lists $4.99 to $12.99 a month against $15 to $80 here.
- Readers chasing the lowest entry price: yoummee lists $4.99.
What is free and what costs
Free access is straightforward: Free tier: basic chat, no credit card needed. Paid plans are listed at $15 to $80 a month, and on yearly billing the rate is lower at $8.33 to $29.17. Media runs on coins rather than a monthly image count, since Bundled coins per plan: 1,800-9,600/yr. Set against the other listings here, CrushOn.AI charges $3.90 to $14.90 a month, Dippy AI charges $4.99 to $12.99, and yoummee charges $4.99, so heyGF.ai sits above all three at both ends of its range. The site median for monthly prices is €13.15, and heyGF.ai ranks at 36 out of 65 brands on monthly price.
Memory, voice and media
Memory is the quiet strength: Companions remember earlier conversations and details. Voice is yes, so replies can be heard as well as read, and roleplay is listed among the core features. Image generation is yes and video generation is yes, so photo and video output sit in the same subscription as chat rather than in a separate generator. For a reader weighing memory, that combination means a companion that holds context across sessions, speaks, and produces media without a second service.
The company behind it
Behind the service sits Y2A LLC, a company registered in the US, and that is the name printed on the terms. Support runs on email and help centre, so help arrives by email or through the help centre rather than in a live chat window. For a reader weighing privacy and billing, those details matter: who is liable, which country of registration is stated, and how a question gets answered.

Frequently asked questions
How much does heyGF.ai cost a month?+
Paid plans are listed at $15 to $80 a month in USD. On yearly billing the rate is lower, at $8.33 to $29.17. Generation is paid for through coins rather than a separate allowance: Bundled coins per plan: 1,800-9,600/yr. The site median for monthly prices across the brands tracked is €13.15.
Is there a free tier to try before paying?+
Yes. Free tier: basic chat, no credit card needed. That means you can open basic chat without entering payment details, while the media tools sit behind the coin bundles on paid plans: Bundled coins per plan: 1,800-9,600/yr. Platforms are web, so the free tier is reached in a browser rather than through an app.
How old do you have to be, and is age checked?+
The service is adults only, and age verification is 18+ only, self-declared, no ID check stated. The adult content policy is NSFW photos and videos for paid subscribers; 18+ only, so photo and video output of that kind is reserved for paid subscribers. The check is self-declared, which is worth knowing before uploading anything personal.
What happens to my chats and can I delete them?+
The privacy terms say Chats not sold; no training on conversations; deletable. That covers the points readers ask about most: whether conversations are sold, whether they train models, and whether they can be removed. The operator named for those requests is Y2A LLC, registered in the US, so a privacy query goes to a named company.
Does the companion remember earlier conversations?+
Yes. Companions remember earlier conversations and details. Voice is also yes, and image generation and video generation are both yes, so one subscription covers remembered chat, spoken replies and media. If you want to ask about deletion or account details in writing, support runs on email and help centre.
Is there an app for my phone?+
Platforms are listed as web, so the service runs in a browser rather than as a mobile app. The operator is Y2A LLC, a US company, and support is email and help centre. If in-app billing or push notifications matter to you, weigh the other listings on this page, since the web option is the only one stated for heyGF.ai.
Who does this service suit?+
Adults who want chat, voice and media from a single place and can pay the higher monthly fee. Basic chat is free without a credit card (Free tier: basic chat, no credit card needed), and the roster is female only. On budget, CrushOn.AI lists $3.90 to $14.90 a month and yoummee lists $4.99, both below $15 to $80 here.
Can I use images or videos I make commercially?+
Commercial use is no, so output from the service cannot be used commercially. The plan terms set out coin bundles per plan (Bundled coins per plan: 1,800-9,600/yr) and an adult content policy of NSFW photos and videos for paid subscribers; 18+ only. For personal use the media tools are included; anything monetised would need different terms from another provider.
